The breath

 Human breath, if you may please ....( πŸ™) focus on.


( this blog is churned out of my personal experience,  and hence, the obvious disclaimer is "see if it also_seems_to_work for you, or else, delete it forever" πŸ˜œπŸ™)



The "breath"



can be manipulated by both, the body and the mind. ( mind needs the coordination of the body, though)


When sensory perceptions are withdrawn, while body is in deep sleep with an ideal posture, 

And when dreams are absent ( mind is inactive)......



The breath responds to the surrounding, on a 'need based manner ( 'needs' are well-taken-care of in an ICUπŸ™πŸ˜œ).  IF, rejuvenation recouping is the priority, blood cells transmit the "urgency" via its designated network ( "available " network,  ideally is neuros, via brain ).

( meditative practices of_the ancient ones are super_tuned to make this happen at-will!   πŸ™‚... any further elaboration might elude a grasp for want of experience in nadi-channels in us ....numbering some 72,000πŸ™„)




Meanwhile,

An effort to deepen awareness, 

To merely "observe" ensuring relaxation,  as_to, "which of the 2, and how?"  is our breath responding to? ( body &/or mind).


Mind's  state is tougher to "assess" for want of awareness of its non-verbal thoughts!πŸ˜°πŸ™


During any prescribed practice, both body--to a large extent  AND the_mind, to some extent  is "tamed".


Other than during practice, this attempt to observe our breath pattern(in all its perceivable dimensions), is precious for deepening our awareness!  πŸ™ (elaboration is again,  at the doorstep of complexities πŸ™πŸ˜”)


Heaving/breathing ( a sigh of relief, 😜)
