A funny interaction with a close friend.

Me : I complicate it a bit for maths guys 

A eats 2  circular pizzas of 5 inch diameter (instead of one 9 inch  diameter)

B     eats  2 squareones of 5 inch diagonal instead of single 9 inch diagonal.

Both lose 👍

Who loses more, proportional to the size?

Friend: Explain with working to pass it on to him ( a kid) tomorrow. ( not his ‘area’ of operation about it, says friend)

Me: Youngsters should learn it on their own 🙏

Examples/problems/sums are meant to test whether they grasped the concept …..of "perimeter " around a circle, square or rectangle 🙏

If a teacher 'does' the working, they learn regurgitation, instead of concept 🙏

Friend: Okay 

Me:  Whether it is breath-watching 

or

Looking at a maths problem....

Quick fix solutions don't last 😜( beyond scoring in an eggjam/exam)

The mind has to quieten, thereby paving way for the intellect to observe and instruct the brain (physical organ) to examine the applicability of related concept(which is to-be-retrieved from the memory of the mind 🙏). 

Such invocation of the resources ( memory) from the mind and the imagination of future possibilities (a sequential access of the mind, empowered by a 'well-tamed' positive emotion ( again the resource of the mind), supervised by the intellect and processed by the brain, is what we experience as a discovery 😜🙏🙏

My experience:

I kept doing a practice of expelling air in the lungs using the stomach muscles and the diaphragm muscles, a thousand times 😥. My mind just quietened. Intellect 'slowly' woke up "okay, lemme watch'...  Brain's output retrieved a match (from mind's memory) "bird is responding 😳🤔". Intellect redirected the brain to 'conduct' a quick analysis, retrieving the data stored related to 'sound' and the concept of vibes designated a 'sound' learnt+stored in physics 😜

Brain quickly processed the inputs gathered 'selectively'( tamed emotions did the trick😂. No over_ambitious wild guess or imagination 🙏).

It 'dawned' on the intellect ----  birds sense waves produced outside the range of decibels sensed by human auditory device, ears. They 'respond' to certain vibes🙏(not our_Sound). The hectic, mad + crazy+intense pace of bellow-action of my stomach……might have 'triggered' a vibe via nose, which matched the 'need' to respond, by the birds. It responded.

Now, the intellect says " look for the scientific element of repetitiousness also, to make sure that our discovery is not Flawed"

The body obeyed the brain, responding to the messages via neural network 🙏

The analysis and re--discovered concept is now a "proud possession of my mind,  in its memory 🙏😥" Intellect said "see, even the process of discovery is sacred 🙏. Preserve its sanctity" to which emotions said with an equipoise " जो हुकुम मेरे आक़ा"/as you instruct🙏)

( I don't really expect any ‘normal’ response to the concluding reply, and intellect prefers to ‘wait and watch 😂)
