Teaching skills

 Teaching skills 


I am not interested in talking about the skills.


Instead,

I wish to remind ourselves about a fact, a ground reality, needing zero efforts to get convinced. 🙏


Fact: There are people who are EXCELLENT in  their teaching skills🙏


The institutions meant to produce excellent teachers for schools , ( awarding the coveted degree certificates like B.Ed, M.Ed etc) can…..if gracious enough, draw inspiration from this real_life example 🙏)



We see young and illiterate youth willingly blowing up themselves, in a crowd of innocent common civilians. 

Intense investigation over decades have CONFIRMED that these youth who become a suicide_volunteers are…..RADICALISED by experts 🙏.   Are these experts not excellent teachers, who prepare a “mind” for a supreme sacrifice?( Look at the skill, for a moment, keeping aside for a while ,the anti_human intent, purpose, goal, aim etc of these experts…🙏)



Can we produce such excellent teachers who can shape students in a school into “beautiful minds” ??? A tiny but a mighty_significant distinction can happen. Instead of sacrificing their life for a inhuman cause, the youth will DEDICATE the same life for a noble+everlasting, ever_evolving Human cause🙏

Where as it was "co-experience"(empathy)



A fellow is lecturing "sita got abducted by Ravana"( interesting story 🙏)



Same narrator, gets an urgent phone call... He now looks *_tensed_* ( audience,.... already anxious बेचारा, कुछ गड़बड़ हो गया होगा, he is tensed up!)

Fellow says on microphone " माफ करना 🙏, जाना पड़ेगा, मेरी पत्नी का अगवा हुआ, कोई जिहादी का काम है, गर से फोन आया"( he aborts the lecture in Ramayana.   Sita apaharan can wait 🤣)



Co-experience is enriched in the Jihadi_apaharan. Whereas, no sympathy or empathy 'generated' during mention of story🙏( I am not 'picking/pointing ' a fault. Not criticising 🙏...   Just, an imaginary example to substantiate the distinction between"emotions " in two similar narrative!).



Dilip Kumar & dev Anand..... expression is very different/ distinct 🙏.



A physics chapter by a teacher ..... can permeate/percolate, only if the teacher associates with the concept afresh, each time she teaches🙏
