Attentiveness, Alertness, Acceptance and Awareness

Just these four happening at an enhanced level, and simultaneously, helps spiritual evolvement...
...
Does not matter whether it happens by chance or by the efforts of a proper guide...
The rest of it is already there, without any need to 'happen' afresh!
...
I try to see at what level, we can make a beginning for these four ...
Attentiveness—the sensory levels of perception its receptivity kept sharp.
Alertness—the domain of the mind, its activity kept subdued to the possible extent.
Acceptance—the fusion of body, mind and breath, and its extension, running into deeper levels of recognition of interdependence with everything, everybody, at experiential levels.
Awareness—the 'being' within, being allowed to 'be-a-witness' by the subdued self, the ego, resting and relaxing for a while...
...
Teachers look out for such rare occurrences, in that disciple...
...
Trust levels enhance these four to be present at greater intensity!
...
We use the expression, 'the cat is now out of the bag!'... but this time, the bag is already within a much larger bag(mind is expandable, like that 'Pushpaka-Vimana' of Ramayana story), with 'no where to go' for the cat... so, it would be very interesting to see what we are going to
'make-out-of-it'!
...
