Supports to our life energies
Our life energy and its intensity decides the quality of our life.
We can improve it further only if we become adept at ‘directing’ our energies at will, CONSCIOUSLY and judiciously. ( The skill is broadly termed as ‘prana-yaama(roughly translated as “energy-taming”) .
Eastern ‘fighting’ skills continue to awe usπ. The experts practice meditation, more than the ‘muscle building’! That ought to convince usπ
TriSandhya is a phenomenon in nature! It supports our perception by balancing our inner/innate energies π
A person, place or thing which supports similarly, are consciously 'sought'. A 'balanced' mind is bound to function better. Hence the traditional practices like spending a few moments of silence at any place/time which adds an external support. A householder begins with 'balancing' oneself! The functional aspect is standing/sitting for a couple of moments before a fotu, a lamp, ....a place of regular meditation, the shade of a tree in a temple, etc.... ( An example seemingly_exaggerated, is the belief of regular visitors to Sabarimala, using their black_coloured wornout bedsheet when a little sick, during other times of the yearπ. It worked for many, and thus a 'belief'! But the urge is not strong enough to 'deduce' the subtle factor in the phenomenon π)
With practice, of a few minutes of quietude during any "sandhya" .....
We should be able to notice the distinction, while sitting at any place, naturally or consciously consecrated/temple!( Such 'energy' places are supportive to a person/life)
When quite a few notice it repeatedly, too often ( the scientific element of repetitiousness) that object, a stone there is treated as swayambhoo/jyotirLingam etc π...
Today's people visit such swayambhoo, using only a belief!( The capacity to 'feel' that energy is too feeble within to 'sense' π
I preferred to strive towards sourcing it right within, though an arduous task π ,( its like carrying a torchlight, an oxygen bottle wherever I go π) and can be used whenever & wherever I need. ( The hero in the movie “enter the dragon” when suddenly trapped in an iron cage, squats crosslegged and meditates instead of pumping his blood pressure higher due to π«ͺ… he reorganises his innate energies, to rejuvenate, with nothing ‘else’ to be done on his_outside now!)
Pranically yours,
