If mere survival is the criteria, it doesn't matter how we breathe🙏. It is automated by nature, as a part of the design called ‘human physiology’

The “problem” is…….

ancient guys of Bharat, decided to make the stupid ACT OF BREATHING into a very sophisticated technology, for a very crucial purpose —--taming the MIND 😥.  A mind, when well tamed, in turn, serves a much more greater purpose 🙏…. Harnessing the vital enegy called ‘life’ which is ticking inside us ( I CONSCIOUSLY omit the next ‘level' of the next purpose 😜)

Somehow, I am pursuaded to try the stupid looking excercise of breathing through alternate nostril as a regular practice, each day for a fixed duration of time and at a fixed hour each day.

One nostril gets blocked 😜….on a day !

Sensible average people say “that's how things are today👍”  summary disposal of the problem. No probing or investigation warranted.

I “saw” techies ( kampootar science) conversing in computer language 🤣. It takes time for an oldie like me, when computers came when my learning curve has flattened long ago along the baseline of the graph 😭

A techie reports “one nostril is blocked” .

I thought “i am responsible”😥🙏 ( it's about my ResponseAbility….not the ‘accountability wala nonsense’)

And, 

this project manager expects the team to give after_sales support to its clients ( kid's health) on-site 🫪... wherever the kids are deployed 😓

As a kid,

I used to notice my elders around ( too many of them🙏😭....since i was the 1st born of the eldest adult of the joint family 🙏 ( joint by necessity, not choice😜... My dad is the banker for their food, provided by Nature 👍)

These elders shout logically or emotionally at me, often. I was at a loss to understand as to which software will 'sense' my response to them?

Much later, i discovered that the breath pattern gives a clue😜🙏🙏🙏

My type of QUIXOTIC guys have to ‘wait', till the sensitivity is deep enough for a techie to understand the ‘basic’ design of the next ‘project’. ( Spiritual projects are notoriously unique in themselves 😓. MBA schools don't have it in their syllabus as yet, this this kind of project management gets outdated with each_project 😜😜🙏🙏🙏)
