 Merit versus qualification 

A very "private" joke🙏

1969, my dad joked at home ( within only 'his' family 🙏) : " a funny situation at office. I hold charge of 3 offices, nagpur, bilaspur and raipur, as Manager. But in my office of 25 staff, i am the least qualified😂.  All the 3 peons are "PUC"(12th or +2). I am just a matric. The steno, an M.A. in English asks the meaning of a few sentences i dictate and she 'transcribes' on typing machine from her shorthand notes🤣"

That day....i learnt a very precious lesson 🙏

Merit has zero dependence on certification process.

"Nature" played a joke with me, during 1992 to 1998 and still_on. Spiritual processes Accord merit which are elusive to the 'notice' even, at sensory levels of perception 🙏😭

( I feel stupid, when i indulge in an imagination, where i 'try' to convey my experience to close and trusting people around me 🙏. No way, they can see it. )

Post script:  not too sure, but i guess, paper qualification became a necessity, when our ability to recognise "merit"  got extinct 😭 ( and now, fake certificates abound😜)
