 Why do desi scriptures matter?

Anyone who manages to annex power over others without using a long_lasting source of own power is bound to be under mental pressure. The pressure is due to the potential threat like “what if the slaves under me become wiser than me?? I will get overthrown, and lose the luxury of their obedience!”

Political power today leans too heavily on the ignorance of the voters in a democracy. In dictatorship, it leans on the blind_loyalty of those who have the brutal power, and are willing to obey one single brainy fellow who can combine their might.

Scriptures, very unfortunately ‘seeks’ to liberate every human without any exception, unto a responsible freedom using the utmost scientific reasoning humanly possible! Once the core basics of the entire existence is a living experience in a human, inclusiveness is a natural consequence and Unison (synchronicity) obviates the need for any ‘forged/forced unity 😜

If the foregoing is acceptable for valid reasons, the revulsion of those in power, without this wisdom ( about scriptures) becomes clear, and we can understand the reason for their hatred towards Sanatan Dharma.

There are 2 ways to approach the knowable of/about our_entire existence. Approach from gross towards the subtle, and the other one is to understand the utmost micro and subtlest ‘base’ of the existence and then ‘learn’ how the gross edifice got constructed using it.

Intellect is the fellow equipped to ‘decide’ the better option, and of lasting value. 

The history of modern science ought_to_be enough to help us to get familiar with the ‘nature’ of our modern model of approach 🙏. A few examples might convince us.

1.An intellectual discovered that an atom is the smallest particle of matter around us. Macro to micro approach 🙏. It made sense 👍. A recognition was conferred. Some other intellectual decided to explore further towards micro. He discovered that atom has smaller components like electron, neutron and proton. Later the ‘space’ around these three seemed to matter more👍😜( so on..)

2.Electricity paved the way for electronics.(Micro again)...

3)The travel of energy called light paved the way for further micro understanding of bending of this light, due to subtler factors.

4) study of human physiology and it's approach towards micro, paved the way for understanding of a virtual organ like mind better, and it bettered our study of psychology. ( It is interesting to ‘notice' that psychology is missing in the ancient scriptures as a study_material 😜. The reason is too obvious. The scriptural approach was focused at taming the mind, and therefore, a science like psychology which only_aims at keeping the mind under manageable levels is redundant 🤣)

Nature itself guided ancients about the better option of approach. The tangible process of life is growth from a micro to macro. A tiny seed grows into a mega life form. Intellect was used, when it dawned on the ancients that a mind can only use the memories of its inputs from the past.  From experience, it became clear that intellect transcends the limitations of a mind. So the approach evolved very_naturally, from brain( gross) to the ‘mind’ ( subtler) and ultimately the subtlest called intellect.  When the ‘direction’ of the approach turned right, it was only a question of refining the tools and techniques to be used for reaching the most_micro structure, the subtlest form of creation.  This approach necessitates the sharpening of ‘learning' process. Obviously, ‘how_to_learn’ preceded the entire process of learning. When we ‘look’ at the documented evidence available in the scriptures, our intellect is challenged with basic questions like “how_the_hell did they manage to predict the movement pattern of so many celestial bodies so accurately without the use of any gadget???🤔”.  Unfortunately, medical science did not even manage to ask a very similar question about the ancients, related to their own ‘field’ like “how did the ancients manage to define the spirit’s exit, while we are ‘stuck’ at certifying only ‘clinical’ death, and have no idea at all about the the actual thing called ‘life’ ticking inside a person alive???🤔 ( Even a sensible question depends too heavily on the peak_level_efficiency of the intellect!). It would be pertinent for us to ‘notice' here that…..among all the texts available for medical professionals of all the different systems of medicine, Ayurveda is the ONLY text authored by people who attained the highest human POSSIBILITY 🙏.  It makes sense, if our mind permits us to learn a little bit of Ayurveda alongwith/alongside whatever else we try to reach a PhD, in medical science 🙏. ( I actually managed to convince a professor in botany teaching to post graduate finalists, to offer her knowledge to the Ayurveda students, on a trial basis 🙏. She knew much about live_plants, which becomes the after_life raw material for ayurvedic kids as their medicinal ‘herbs’🤣.  She rewarded me with her tears of joy, of realisation that she had the potential to reshape the approach of modern students in ayurveda with a quantum leap!🙏. Any new idea when attempted as an ‘experiment’ gives rise to apprehensions of cost, viability, feasibility etc. I had to ‘tone down' the surge of these negative emotions in her mind, for some 3 plus hours, alongside my efforts to convince the worth of this ‘complementing’ approach to improve the human well-being of their physical health 🙏. That was about 2 decades ago.)

My personal experience is, this approach to reach the subtlest form and then studying the grosser levels constructed thereupon has had a side_effect in me😭. I turned a little vulnerable to the functional form of a Vedic chanting, which was used quite harmlessly in a printed form for decades, and now discarded by a famous organisation dedicated to study Desi_hinduism (BVB) and their logo was “Aano bhadraah krtavo yanthu vishwataha” ( quite harmless, until it gets provoked by a half_mad_nut like me 😢🙏. Irreversible consequences. Better to avoid it—--functional aspect—beyond logical learning/info).
