God, teach me to use sense of Discrimination 

To me, it looks like, the author has ENCAPSULATED the essence of ancient wisdom, to simplify the prayer asking for "teach me how to use the sense of Discrimination/വിവേചന ബുദ്ധി"( an uncommon & unique prayer, which appeals to God better👍)

Mallus used this prayer till 1960 in every home. 

Now, commie sense overrides common sense 🙏
