A few with "rationale" reasoning do not subscribe to adoring/equalising any human as God!

There were few among sub-sects in Hindus who disliked the idea of "Shiva" as a God? ( For them, the dard, hard_to_digest was this Shiva was called god's Godji( Devon ka dev, MAHAdev😜🤣 और भी irritating)
