Effect of people around.
Classic example, of work place atmosphere.

While at Amravati,
Within my colleagues, we could notice a subtle difference amongst us, in terms of overall efficiency.

Mega surprise came to me, when I was sent to 'clearing house'( usually SBI conducts a meeting place in their premises) where a clerk from each bank brings cheques drawn on other banks, and takes back  from all others, cheques drawn on his bank.

We had to list out the total amount "owed" & "receivable" to & from each member bank.  Net amount is shown as "credit/debit" in each such sheet. SBI clerk lists the 'net' amount listed in each sheet in a summary sheet, adding it's own net as well.

If totalling etc is accurate,  that summary gets "balanced" ( give & take totals Match).

But, during "manual" accounting,  a perfect match is rare during the first attempt 😥.

With 50,000 cheques changing hands/banks, few errors are inevitable!

here was the noticeable difference between clerks of different banks 😂🤣

The percentage of number of errors was very high among few banks, while very very low among few others.  There was an average level too among 80% of banks.

Any staff from my bank was among top 10% , for least/zero errors at any time. ( Work_culture NOURISHED the accuracy & efficiency!)

For me, this became a huge_source of LEARNING and a DIRECT EXPERIENCE, about the influence & impact of a sub_community within banking_community, on each person..... spending 6 to 8 hours a day for his entire "service" of 3 to 4 decades of job_for_salary 😂🙏🙏🙏

I could easily "see", that employees hailed from the same cross-section of citizens of society, belonging to different religions, castes and creed. And yet everyone benefited from a work_culture that is UNIQUE to each corporate entity🙏 ( TATAs lead the way for decades, as far as work_culture is concerned. Only tiny businesses do better than TATAs, and might constitute less than one percent, AGGREGATELY)

if this 'concept' seems reasonable,   not_withstanding even_the mega evidence that a banker's clearing house has nothing to do with religion, caste, creed or politics(😜),.....
then.....
It is easier to understand why,
IRRELIGIOUS Hinduism
Could_not_be wiped out,
Despite centuries of.....
invasions of ALL kinds, to demolish it, to wipe it out!

Secret:  ancient India/Bharat had geniuses ( spiritual giants called "rishis" ) who mastered the art of "embedded technology " and "Genetic engineering" and therefore could plant the software called Hinduism, into the genes-itself! ( They knew, 'minds' are not trustworthy....and therefore the_genes!!!😜

Like it or not....
Carry & convey it through generations!
Yes, it is in a 'sleep mode' in the genes of today's Indians among majority of the citizens. At times, a few spiritually_evolved ones do_try and wake up the software in genes, and we see volcanic_flares of it here_&_there !

Worst thing about the carry_forward is, the souls too, carry this software as an insurance, in case an entire 'living genetic samples' get EXTERMINATED🙏🙏🙏😜😜

Hinduism is like a contagion, existing in 'cloud technology '  a figurative way of defining its perpetuity.
